Privacy Policy
Chart content is never used for advertising. When ad measurement is remotely enabled, AppsFlyer can provide aggregate attribution and SKAN measurement with advertising-identifier and IDFV collection disabled. Chart AI asks for Apple's tracking permission before enabling permitted identifier-based measurement or the optional TikTok SDK.
Information stored on your device
- Your onboarding choices and app settings.
- Your weekly free-read count and StoreKit entitlement state.
- Saved analyses, follow-up questions and answers, pinned levels, and downscaled chart images.
You can erase this information with Reset App Data in Settings or by deleting the app.
Information processed for an AI read
When you request an analysis, Chart AI sends the selected chart image, a short trading-profile summary, and any question you ask to our HTTPS analysis relay. The relay sends that request to OpenRouter and the selected model provider, currently xAI, solely to return your requested analysis. We do not add your name, email address, contacts, precise location, advertising identifier, or brokerage credentials.
Service providers
- Supabase hosts the analysis relay and read-only app configuration.
- OpenRouter and xAI process chart-analysis requests.
- Apple processes payment and subscription transactions through StoreKit.
- RevenueCat, when configured, receives anonymous purchase history and subscription status for receipt validation, entitlement support, and subscription analytics. Chart AI disables its automatic device-identifier collection. After AppsFlyer aggregate measurement starts, RevenueCat also receives AppsFlyer's own installation ID solely to route subscription lifecycle events without a duplicate client purchase event. This is neither Apple's advertising identifier nor IDFV.
- AppsFlyer, when remotely enabled, measures aggregate installs and limited funnel events: onboarding completion, analysis mode completion, Pro-offer view context, and RevenueCat subscription lifecycle events with verified product and revenue metadata. Advertising-identifier and IDFV collection remain disabled until tracking is authorized.
- TikTok for Business, when separately enabled and authorized, may receive install, launch, retention, and SDK diagnostic events. Automatic StoreKit purchase tracking, enhanced data postback, and TikTok SKAN updates are disabled.
Attribution providers never receive chart images, symbols, analysis results, quiz answers, questions, contact details, or brokerage information. We do not sell personal information or use chart content for advertising. Our relay does not intentionally store chart images, prompts, or model responses after returning the response. Providers retain applicable data under their terms and privacy policies.
Photos and camera
Camera and photo access is used only when you choose a chart.
Retention and deletion
Read history is stored locally and capped by the app. Reset App Data or deleting the app removes local data. Because Chart AI has no account or cloud history, we cannot identify or retrieve your local reads.
Children
Chart AI is not directed to children under 17.
